DWL-650 (not plus) woes.

Are there any known problems with the D-Link DWL-650 pcmcia card? Not the new plus, but the older ones?

I just bought one ($39 after rebate) and tried to put it in my access point, and it just gave a kernel oops. The Linksys WPC11 I have in there normally works like a champ.

I would also mention that the AP is a DEC Alpha Multia running a recent CVS version (last week actually), and the D-Link works just fine in my laptop with the standard orinoco_cs driver.
