There was a bug in SIOCSIWENCODE handler that disabled WEP when TX idx was changed. Current CVS version has a fix for this.

CVS version seems to now work at least when using host_decrypt. However, there seems to be some problems when using firmware for WEP decryption (at least with the firmware version I tested, 0.7.6). It looked like keyidx changing breaks something and firmware did not even ACK all frames after the change.
