There is no explicit filter for different types, but the frame encapsulation/decapsulation code (which is handling snap header) is quite limited at the moment. I have received a patch for IPX support for similar problems and I'll try to also check other possible encapsulation types when applying this patch. This will hopefully also fix this problem.
