Ethernet type 0x888e : filter ?

HI,

I'm trying to test 802.1x supplicant client with open1x and HOSTAP.

Curiously where xsupplicant sends a 802.1x packet (Ethernet type 0x888e) nothing is received on the HostAP side whereas ARP, IP, etc packets are correctly received.

Is there a "filter" in HostAP that could allowed only "regular" types to be accepted ?
