That one... Easy to guess from name.. ;-) Well, I'll add some documentation for the release..

'iwpriv wlan0 maccmd 1' sets allow-mode (0=open, 1=allow, 2=deny, 3=flush mac list, 4=kick all STAs).

That device is not used in the patch (nor the upcoming driver release). Please note, that there were some bugs in the patch.. I don't remember whether any of them were fatal (as in 'could crash kernel'; I didn't test the patch directly, but just fixed them for my work version).
