Applied and included in 2002-09-12 release.

In my patch queue. I want test promisc patch a bit first. Monitor mode changes look fine. I will probably apply this soon and also remove PRISM2_MONITOR definition and multiple ifdef/endifs of it to clean up the code quite a bit.
