Would you happen to remember which firmware versions were having problems? And which versions are now working? I don't remember hearing similar case, but it might be useful to know these versions should there be similar problems in the future.

Was this really needed? 16ec:3685 is the PCI device id of the PLX-based PCI card. I would have assumed that the PC Card used in that card has different manfid.
