I finally made a upgrade with the linksys utility.
So now :
PRI = 1.1.0 STA = 1.4.2
As the 1.4.2 is know not to work in AP mode I downloaded in RAM the 1.4.9 (first to be sure that the R010409 I had was correct and second because this download could be interesting in a deployment) found in a link announced here.
Well, prism2_rsec said OK and I could verify in the log :
PRI = 1.1.0 STA = 1.4.9
But my WMP11 doesn't work in AP mode yet !
So where could be the problem now ?
I posted a question concerning this point.

I've successfully downloader a 1.4.9 with PRI=1.1.0 and flash STA = 1.4.2.
But I don't understand the relation between the PRI and the fact that you can
download or not a new PRI and/or a new STA ?
When you download in Flash you erase the part you'll download, don't you?
So, at least, you could download a PRI that don't work at all against the
hardware but how could you for the PRI in RAM be at higher priority than the
one in flash ?
Do you want to say that new PRI could have a hook that test a signature in RAM
and jump to it if it's correct ?
Same thing at the end of the PRI in RAM that tests the existence of a STA in
RAM ?

If it's the PC RAM is it not to slow to make come and go from the prism
chipset ?
thanks,
