firmware upgrade for zcomax xi-325(h)

Have anyone tried to upgrade firmware of zcomax xi-325(h) card ? My card have original version PRI1.0.7/STA1.3.6. I tried upload 1.1.0/1.4.9 to RAM, but i had succes only with STA - primary fw fails. I am not sure if flash upgrade with original intersil firmware is safe.... With old version does not work txpower control and zcomax is not providing newer version.
