Did you compile the driver with PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT defined (see driver/modules/hostap_config.h)? If yes, does wireless.h used by the kernel code (usually /usr/src/linux/include/linux/wireless.h) and the user space stuff (usually /usr/include/linux/wireless.h) have matching versions?
