Argh.. Just noticed that this was sent also to the list and not only to
my email account and furthermore as two separate messages. Please, do
not do this. It makes things more complicated for me and I might forget
to reply to the list or start replying to the same message again. Taking
into account how many pending messages I have in my email queues, I
would rather not spend any extra time with them..
If a message is cc'ed to my address/list, I will at least know that it is the same message, but even that is not needed. I would really prefer to get Host AP related messages only once and only to the list address.

Generally, you will need to use the kernel driver and hostapd from the same release. In some cases they might work between different versions, but I will not test this at all and I'm not even trying to keep the things compatible for different versions. You will also have to compile the driver with PRISM2_HOSTAPD define to make it work with hostapd (see hostap_config.h).
