I have a couple of those myself (WPCv3, WMP). The only time I played with the dBm, I increased it to the max and the card ceased to work until I lowered the setting to its original value. Can you safely mess with the mW settings with the LinkSys Prism2 cards?

Perhaps the loss of connectivity relates to the power settings? (See above.)
