I got WPC11 firmware from the linksys website. It is version 1.4.2. My problem is that it gets downgraded everytime I try to use the card under Win2k. As for the AP, note that I am using the WMP11 PCI card, not the WPC11 PCMCIA card. Here is some information for you all the same:

Let me know if I can send you anything else. The problem that I seem to have with this setup is that the TX rate is always shown as 2 regardless of what value I have selected. The Aironet 350 in the Win2k client shows 11 Mbps.
Anybody out there have any suggestions as to the speed issue and to my problems regarding the ORiNOCO and Linksys client cards?
