HW address change was not implemented in Host AP driver. Unfortunately, the driver used default eth device functions that changed dev->dev_addr even though the used address was not changed. I have now added support for this and the latest CVS version at http://hostap.epitest.fi/ can change MAC addr (which is also BSSID in case of Host AP mode).

If that SYA is typo (of STA), then yes.
/proc/net/prism2/wlan#/<STA mac addr> files are created for each associated (or actually authenticated) station.
