I have an AP configured to route (not bridge) traffic between all STAs
connected to it.
When I ping between two STAs with ap_bridge_packets set to 1, I get
duplicate responses. I guess this could be as it should due to both hostap
bridging and higher level routing. But when I set ap_bridge_packets to 0, I
get no responce at all. Can anyone explain this? Where is the mac address
check done in the hostap driver? Does it stop packets from another STA even
if it is routed by higher levels?
/Martin
