Hmph.. What do you mean by "stop developing"? Unless you haven't noticed, I have been implementing PCI bus master support and fixing various bugs etc. for the next release.
hostapd (i.e., mgmt messages in user space) is still in the todo list, but it is not the only thing that needs to be implemented. I have given higher priority to things like PLX and PCI support, but I'm going to continue with hostapd eventually.
