I noticed the same thing with the last release, but frames are still sent and at 11Mbps. Take a look at /proc/net/prism2/wlan0/<mac address> and you will see the statistics for that client.
One thing though, I also noticed that the latest release will reduce the tramsit rate more often when the host cpu has a high load. This seems to increase the stability on my slow 486 based access point, but it also means that lower rates are used more often.
