Ricoh is PCI Right?
Try putting "irq_mode=0" it is somthing like PICS_OPTS in your pcmcia
stratup script, Check Bios Also (IRQ) and leave all to auto or remove ISA
IRQ...
Check manual foe i82..Pcmcia Module there is explanation how to make this
PCI-PCMCIA Bridge work. I am 100% Shure it is pcmcia-bridge problem no
hostap or linix-wlan driver problem
