WEP in Ad-hoc mode

Using Prism2-2002-02-13 / 2.4.17 newnat

WEP should be supported by this driver as far as I can see in Ad-hoc mode. Before delving more deeply, is my understanding correct?

When trying to set wep128 with "iwconfig wlan0 key XXXX restricted", comms cannot be established with peers, furthermore "iwconfig eth0" shows the wrong key. Occurs with 40 & 104 bit keys.

The same card/setup using orinoco driver, allows WEP to work ok.
