Remove hwsim_test
This external tool was used for testing data connectivity with mac80211_hwsim. However, the last user for it was removed in 2014 by commit 1131a1c8d29c ("tests: Replace last remaining hwsim_test uses with DATA_TEST"), so there is not point in maintaining this forgotten test tool in the repository anymore.
