I do not have any information about that, but they might be related. Anyway, per-client keys are still using host-based encryption (and decryption) in the Host AP driver and will probably continue to do so.

Current CVS version has the modified WEP selection. It defaults to card-based encryption with f/w >= 1.4.9 and this can be overriden with prism2_param host_encrypt. I have tested host-based encryption in Host AP mode only with 1.4.2 (did not work) and 1.4.9 (worked), so any other reports of versions newer that 1.4.2 would be welcome.
