I have a wpc11 upgraded to the new firmware.. everthing seems to be setup correctly:

wlan0 IEEE 802.11-DS ESSID:"test"
          Mode:Master Frequency:2.422GHz Access Point: 00:06:25:03:54:1C
          Bit Rate:2Mb/s Tx-Power:-10 dBm Sensitivity=1/3
          Retry min limit:8 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off
          Link Quality:0 Signal level:0 Noise level:0
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
          Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0
Here is the issue, when ever i look at the sig. ie with netstumbler.. it comes up for 1 or 2 sec and the dies off for another min or so. its enough for winblows xp to see the ap , and connect but you cant transmit data. i ran netstumbler for a extended period of time and you could only see the wmp11 about once every 30 sec. i remember having this problem with a dlink dwl-650 card ( on another system )but after i switched to a netgear it went away. any idea what the deal is ?
