Hi,

just wanted to let you know that I've solved this problem. My card used firmware 1.3.5. Upgrading to 1.4.9 solved everything. It seems that there's a bug in 1.3.5 making txpower behave strange (but only in AP mode, not in station mode), resulting in an extremely low signal level. This is obviously fixed in 1.4.9...
