Get the latest CVS snapshot from http://hostap.epitest.fi/ and compile it with PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT defined in driver/modules/hostap_config.h. After loading this driver, you should be able to read PDA contents from /proc/net/hostap/wlan0/pda. utils/prism2_srec.c has example code for parsing the pda data.

You can also check BBP configuration with readmif (and change it with writemif) iwpriv commands of the driver without needing to change PDA.
