I'd guess that you are using a bit older Linux kernel version that does not have those function and fields. I added #ifdef's to get fix the compilation with older kernels (just commenting those lines out should be enough). CVS snapshot from should compile fine even with older kernels (if it does not, please let me know and I'll fix it). Upgrading the kernel is another possibility, if you do not want to use CVS snapshot of the driver or edit hostap_pci.c.
