Make sure that when you unload the driver, that there are no processes (e.g. bash) using the /proc/net/prism2 directory. If so, the driver can't unallocate and reallocate the proc entries when you load it again. Simply using a "cd /" on your shells before unloading the driver should do the trick. Of course it could be a whole different problem, but the one described above will cause the same results.
