Hello,

MY name is Seiichiro, writing from Tokyo/Japan. I found the HostAP driver in this project works fairly well, but I happened to have one serious problem.

As some says in previous mail...

> want to setup a bridge between my wired network and the
>wireless one for use with one wireless machine.
>At the moment if I create the bridge with eth0 and wlan0
>I can still connect via the wired lan but cannot
>ping from the wireless lan

I am experiencing the same problem with the following environment.

	Linux kernel 2.4.9
	PCMCIA-CS0-3.1.30
Prism2 driver from this HP (Feb.13.2002)
	Ethernet RealTeck 100BaseT
IRQ assigned by BIOS IRQ 5 shared (wlan ether)

I am using a desktop PC with Richo CardBus-PCI bridge card, and PrismII based (Corega.K.K.) card. Wlan itself works fine with HostAP mode.

Any experience or advice will be helpfull for me. Many Thanks !!

Seiichiro
